Galio has been a champion of the esports scene for many years.
The world’s best laner has been playing since he was 13 years old, winning the 2016 World Championship.
Since then, he’s been the face of the game in a multitude of leagues, from professional gaming to casual.
He has played for both teams and organizations in professional esports including Riot Games, Valve, and Activision Blizzard.
As the leader of his team, Galio is a huge part of the team building process and he shares some of his insights on what it takes to be the best in the business.

In 2017, she created the new skins for Galio and her team, the Champions.
She told CBC News that it’s important for her to have the team build up over time.

She wants her team to feel like they belong.
She says the team is always building on each other’s strengths and looking to build on what the other team has learned from.
“If I see that my team is really lacking a few items, then I have to look at it from the perspective of what other players are doing,” she said.
“When they have a really good build, and they’re going to go out there and do it, it makes me really happy to see that and it motivates me to work even harder.”
She says a team needs to feel comfortable with the other person in a group.
Shyamaa builds the foundations for a team She says her biggest challenge in building the team was finding a structure that was both safe and secure.
“I wanted a structure where people were able to come together, where they felt safe and comfortable, and where we could build a really solid team around each other,” she explained.
“The first thing I do is talk to the other players, and then I ask them if they want to do the same thing.”
She believes that the first step is to establish a bond with the people in the team.
“As you build that bond, you start to really build the foundation,” she added.
“You start to build an understanding of what each other has in common, what they’re like, what the team wants, and what they need from each other.
It’s important to start with that first and build off that.”
Shyvana wants a team that’s both supportive and supportive of her Shyvana’s goal is to build the team that feels comfortable with each other and is able to help her to be successful.

“They should be honest, they shouldn’t feel like there’s anything they can do to get people to be unhappy, they’re always happy to have a good conversation and try something different, and the team will always try something new,” she concluded.
She added that Shyvana hopes to create a team atmosphere where people can be themselves and where they can be confident in their abilities.
